Why has ICCN 2021 changed to a virtual conference?
The ISNCC Board of Directors put the health and welfare of participants and the local host community at the forefront of its decision making. The increasing risk assessment regarding the spread of COVID-19 and the travel restrictions that are changing daily led us to take this decision. We are also aware that domestic and international restrictions are likely to impact many of our colleagues’ ability to participate.

I am planning to attend the conference, when can I register?
Registration for ICCN2021 will be available soon. Registration categories will be for the full virtual conference or for access to the virtual library only. An eBlast will be sent when conference registration opens. Please check back to this website for details.
Can I transfer my registration to another person?
If you would like to transfer your registration to another person, please email ICCN2021-registration@icsevents.com.
Will I be able to transfer my abstract presentation to the ICCN2021?
Presenters of accepted and confirmed oral, rapid fire and poster abstracts who registered for the conference as well as presenters of accepted abstracts who withdrew before our decision to postpone the conference will be eligible to take part in ICCN2021. All presenters will be invited to record their presentations for the conference virtual library. The library will be available to all participants for one year following the completion of the conference.
Will there be a new call for abstracts for ICCN2021?
No, there will be no new call for abstracts for ICCN2021.
My abstract was selected to present, how do I record and submit my presentation?
Presenters of accepted abstracts are invited to record their presentations for the ICCN Virtual Conference Library, which will be available during and for one year following the virtual conference. Can my conference registration fee be refunded?
Yes. Your registration fee for either full or single day can be transferred to ICCN2021 or refunded in full, less an administrative fee. Please make your transfer/refund option as outlined above under Conference Registration by August 10, 2020. Cancellations received after August 10, 2020 will not be refunded. Registrations without transfer confirmation automatically will be transferred to the 2021 conference on August 11, and a donation receipt will be issued for the fee difference.
Will my pre-conference workshop and networking event fee be refunded?
Yes. Your pre-conference workshop and networking event fee will be refunded in full.
Will my hotel room reservation be refunded?
If you have made a hotel room reservation within the official block of the conference partner hotel, the Radisson Blu Edwardian Vanderbilt, your reservation will be cancelled, and the payment refunded. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the refunds to be processed. If you have any further questions, please contact ICCN2021-registration@icsevents.com.
Will my airfare be refunded?
The responsibility for airfare bookings and refunds falls outside the scope of ICCN2021 and will be dependent on the type of fare booked and any travel insurance coverage. Please let your travel agent/airline know that ICCN2021 has been changed from an in-person to a virtual format.
Can I transfer my exhibit and/or sponsorship fee to ICCN2021?
Yes. Your exhibit and/or sponsorship fee from ICCN 2020 can be transferred to ICCN2021. As such, the exhibit/sponsorship fee will remain unchanged and we will guarantee an extensive list of opportunities to virtually promote your company. Please email ICCN2021-sponsorship@icsevents.com with your decision.
I am an exhibitor and/or sponsor- will my fees be refunded?
We hope that you will commit to sponsoring the virtual conference in February 2021. However, if you decide to cancel your booth booking/sponsorship and let us know by August 10, 2020, we will refund you fully. If you later decide to join ICCN2021, we will not be able to guarantee prime sponsorship opportunities. Sponsorship rates for 2021 are also subject to change. Please email ICCN2021-sponsorship@icsevents.com with your decision.
